Hi, I'm Lisa.

I'm the Vice President of People & Culture here at ProntoForms.

I am truly passionate about this company.

And I love Monday mornings because I

know the rest of my week is going to be spent with people

who choose to inspire others.

We are so fortunate to be surrounded by so many Prontonians

who choose to exhuberate what I call Pronto-rockstar

qualities.

They demonstrate such a positive attitude on life

at ProntoForms that we recently asked

them to speak from the heart. And here's what they had to say.

I find myself getting inspired daily working with

so many bright and talented individuals

across our organization.

What's the outcome when you have so many bright people

on your team?

Well, work just doesn't feel like work anymore.

And that's because we all push each other to be the best.

And more importantly, we all like and respect each other

and are driven to go the extra mile for our teammate.

And I can honestly say it feels more

like a family than any place I've ever worked before.

And we even know all of each other's pets' names.

Definitely going to feel like you fit in very fast.

Every day I come to work,

I'm completely blown away by how much

people care about each other.

I can ask for something and someone will show up.

And not only have they been encouraging me,

but they've been supporting me in becoming

a thought leader in my field.

I think the thing that sparks me the most

about working at ProntoForms is the sense of community

and giving back

that's instilled in all of us.

It's a company that really cares about their people.

They really make a difference.

It's clear that they truly care about my professional growth

and helping me get to where I want to be.

As the company grows, you also have the opportunity

to move into different departments

and work on new things.

For any place that I've ever been, this company really supports those that work hard.
